Standard shipping 

Standard delivery time is 5-15 business days. ​

For international purchase outside EU, customer is responsible for local taxes and custom duties. This may not apply if the product is fulfilled from your country. Please check product description for this information.

Change of mind:
14 days return policy for all products from the day product is delivered/available for pick up. Customer is responsible for shipping charges in this case. Write to us at karishmaticart@gmail.com for further instruction on return process.

product issue:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items for art prints and design product must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted by email no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, including shipping.
We strongly recommend to contact us first at karishmaticart@gmail.com before initiating return at given address on the package.

Original paintings cannot be replaced/exchanged if damaged or lost in transit due to its unique nature. A refund will be initiated in this case.
